Far from conventional, ladyybirdd's debut album, Tomorrow's Yesterday, is a bold, personal exploration set against a landscape of electro-acoustic composition that seamlessly integrates improvisation, analog FX, and the flute at its core. What might seem an unlikely instrument for musical rebellion, the flute in ladyybirdd’s hands becomes a vehicle for dynamic intensity and unrestricted adventure.

The album pushes boundaries, inviting listeners into uncharted sonic territories. Featuring contributions from Ambrose Akinmusire, Immanuel Wilkins, Nick Dunston, Ian Rosenbaum, and others, the album is co-produced by Joseph Branciforte, amplifying its innovative and daring vision.
